Middle of the road wrote: <quoted text> look at all the people who have suffered because they were arrested butt never convicted. Wow... sound like this is hitting pretty close to home, huh Bro-Toad...? Is this why you hate Cops so much... because you have been arrested (sounds like multiple times) but never convicted because of "technicalities"... Sounds like you have been lucky Bro-Toad, especially considering your bad attitude and petulant ego... Count your blessings, those Cops are just doing their job by keeping dirt bags like you in check... Hmmmmmm.........

According to a press release from the Sheriff's Office, Garcia has been placed on paid administrative leave pending a full and complete investigation. Can somebody tell me why a cop busted with stolen weapons at his house and on his person is sitting in jail and still getting paid?

The justice system would refer to this situation as "circumstantial evidence" that something is not right. I call it "anecdotal evidence". On a related issue, I just caught a little of a video of a unprovoked police beating of an individual by a cop in Denver. And that brings up the issue of the un -provoked beating of the transient by a cop in Seattle that was caught on video butt has now been covered up.

More like afraid dirty ex-cop Darcie Seal will have the reporter hauled into court to defend himself on the stand again like she did during her hubby's trial. LOL Garcia's charges are pretty much the same things Seal SHOULD have been charged with...with the exception that one of her traded for drugs guns was used in an "attempted murder" by her ex brother-in-law of his girlfriend. Oh...and let's not forget her admitted perjury. By the way that attempted murder arrest was what got the ball rolling on the investigation into Blue Lake PD. Seal hatched a successful scheme in keeping herself out of prison. Hopefully Garcie won't be as lucky as she was. Oh wait! Garcia is a MAN and his tears won't have the same effect on the male investigators that hers did! LOL Maybe we'll actually see some justice in this case.

Pulled is right on with his/her post. Humboldt County is a very likely location for a change of venue. The Seal/Gunderson cases were so mishandled by the Humboldt County DA Office that it was nothing other than a joke. Lucky that the Del Norte DA Office would still be in charge of the case. Seal is still out there in the public and could still be hired in the law enforcement field. The public should be out raged by this and should be asking questions. Both Garcia and Seal are the lowest forms of life form and should be removed from society. They failed to rid society of Seal, so hopefully they don't miss on Garcia. And to Seal...I only hope KARMA catches up to you.

Unfortunately, the bad ones make the good ones look bad because generally the good ones turn a blind eye on the bad ones. Hopefully Del Norte follows through.

I know wrote: <quoted text>We do hate all cops cuz their all BAD ONES You may butt I only hate the dirty ones. You know, the ones like Bob Lee Ingle and Eric Cephus who need to spend the rest of their lives in general population after everyone in the prison is told that they are dirty cops who raped little girls. This guy Joe Garcia, if convicted needs to spend a couple of years in the general population with "cop".
