Does anyone know this person. He was reportedly invloved in a fatal accident that killed a 78 year old Bicyclist last month in Oak Ridge Tennessee. I knew the cyclist and was wondering what happened. Few details in the news. The road was five lanes with wide shoulders. Cyclists name was John Daugherty. Google it for what little details are listed.

I think I have heard of him. I don't know much about him. Think he is a regular guy who may have had a few minor brushes with the law, but not sure.
