I have a different perspective concerning what goes on in Dr. Nelder's office. I won't disclose too much information but I will say that the staff deals with a lot of people who are just looking to get drugs, which is one reason why they aren't very tolerant.

I've actually witnessed them calling the police on a patient who was out of control because they refused to see her (she had no form of ID and no insurance card and she was a new patient).

For those of you who don't know much about the medical field, you must have the proper paperwork in order to be seen. I've seen people here complaining about not being able to be seen or not getting their prescriptions, well sorry, but you have to go through the proper procedures if you don't, they can't see you/give you your scripts. It isn't about being rude and it isn't personal. There are certain guidelines and procedures that must be followed.

recently a man died. This man had been a patient of Nelders. Terry fired him for not getting his meds from the drug store. The problem (according to the pharmacist) was that the prescription had not been called in until the day of his appointment. He had gone twice before to pick up the meds but they were not there. This upset him so much that he wouldn't see another doctor. The man died a couple of months ago. Playing God is a bad thing. Terry is a bad person, obliviously without a conscience. However, the blame deserves to land squarely on Nelder.

Doc Ulrich has lost another one of his office staff, condolences to Doc and the ladies family.

what is terry last name she is rude and has no manners and told me to leave and i couldnt be seen cause i have a out of state id. she doesnt need to be rude to poeple.

I just recently moved here and am in desprate need of a doctor. Ive been on 1mg xanax 4 times a day for over fifteen years. Where is a good doctor around here??

I seriously doubt you find a doctor that would that prescription here.

Typo, I seriously doubt you find a doctor that would "write" that prescription here.

This woman doesn't have many patients left but wouldn't it be nice if she told them when she was going to be away from the office. Someone could die without their meds,
