FBI's help sought in finding missing woman

Ah yes! The Judge and the Prosecuting Attorny in question on the handling of all the cases surrounding Sam's suicide and Anne's disappearance. And, the child custody case with Lance.

The case of assult with a deadly weapon (hardly)is dismissed and a ticket issued for recless driving, and the next day the case is reinstated by the PA. Hmmmm...With no word to the public about the previous case dismisal.

"They still don't know if the wound was self-inflicted or caused by someone else, Koop said. Forensic tests are pending in that investigation."

Yes they know, perhaps they just don't want to let the public know how much they screwed up the initial investigation.

"Koop's office plans to ask the FBI to seek a federal fugitive warrant for Avery-Miller because she's absconding bond, he said."

PLANS to!? If she is that DANGEROUS don't you think it should have been done the day she disappeared?

They don't really want the FBI involved because they will be the ones under investigation too.

Someone please ask them if they've asked for the FBI to help, or if they are still just planning on it?

I wonder how many FBI agents are in the lets say Tri-County area. Antrim, Grand Traverse, Leelanau. I believe one agent lives in Antrim and maybe an agent in Grand Traverse. So 2 agents and a secretary with connections that stretch across the Country. I think they can help but I think Antrim county is on their s--t list. To many public servants running their mouths {I am not a Public Servant and the Internet is the great equalizer}. I believe a roll of Duct tape used on the right people, some Police officers, their Wives, secretaries at the County Court house In Bellaire, certain attorneys would reduce Crime by about 25%.

Perhaps their mouths are what is sinking their ships as the truth comes out. Maybe leave the duct tape off so the lies and rumors they spread for their own personal gain can be recorded.

Elk Rapids Police Department. I was wondering if they still use that that lady who use to clean the police office to follow people around with her CB. Using Truckers to search for vehicles. Maybe they can use her or her husband again. Use to be a shack in the back yard where they kept their CB and did their dirty deeds for the Police Department and for that pathetic Vigilante group of shut-ins. you know the type, lonely, smoker, diet coke, cell phone, on welfare and collecting Social Security, Overweight???

You need to read my comment on the new traffic light system. A great system it is. Now to me thats worth talking about instead of that poor lady and her children which has been beaten like an old rug. What do you think of the new traffic light system. I think it will save many lives.

Here is a solution to help the kids in Elk Rapids. First no drug dogs in the schools. No pulling over their vehicles without avery good reason. Curiosity is not a good reason. My son last week was pulled over 3 times. Dont kick them out of town or harrass them in town. Ever go into Elk Rapids. as you approach the town you see STOP, No Parking, No bikes on Sidewalk,No Skateboarding, No Parking, Private Parking, Beware of Dog,Caution,Speed Limit, give em a break and some space. you Idiots put the fear in them with lock ups in school and sex offender this and that BS quit wathching CNN. Police are making bad guys.

This is not a joke...a woman is missing, regardless of what has happened in the pass no one has the right to judge this woman until you have walked a mile in her shoes. This is a serious matter, not something to be joking about. So if you have some real information and not just a bunch of BS then you might want to post it. This woman is a mother, daughter, sister,friend and needs and deserves to be found. I don't believe this person walked away, nor more then I believe that the new wife of Lance Miller killed herself. "LET'S STOP JUDGING AND TAKE THE BLINDERS OFF AND GET SERIOUS ABOUT THIS ISSUE."

Serious like a false PPO that is dismissed because of a lie used to frame Anne? Serious like a Sgt. that asks a man to ask his daughter to lie and allow the PPO to stand? Are you serious?
How can anyone take this crap serious when the people that are employed for help DON'T?!? Year after year THEY DON'T!

Larry, I also agree about all the negative directions the kids are given these days. My kids did very well in school and are doing well in life but it was a struggle for them to listen to all the values and rules set up to handcuff kids. how can they find out who they are with so many rules and everyone watching and interpreting whatever they do?

You folks in ER must have nothing to do--It is really too bad that you can't focus on finding Anne without slinging mud at everyone -but I guess that is just the way people in small towns are--You will never resolve anything by creating facts. When you don't know the truth, try looking for it- not making things up to prove your theory.

Pamela Hubbell Miller's daughter is living with her dad- why in the world would you think that Lance would get custody of her? She also has two sets of grandparents--- Yes it is a fact and not speculation. Pam did not disappear--there was a family viewing-- so stop speculating about a disappearance that did not happen.

And yes, there was a police investigation regarding the suicide and evidently not like the kind you are used to ER. By the way, while Pam was happily married to Lance she also has a family who loved her very much- whatever decisions were made about obituaries or other things you are intent on questioning were made by Pam's family as a whole, which included Lance. So spend your time looking for Anne and leave Pam's memory, friends and family in peace.
