C.O.P.S. citizens on patrol

Anyone that lives here i got a question. I came thru your town tuesday out of indiana and about ran off the road laughing. I seen a cop car at least at first i thought it was a cop car as i got closer i seen it said C.O.P. and said citizens on patrol on the side of it. I have travled the whole United States and never seen this no where else ever. Do yall not have a real police force and just have civilians patroling the steets. I was kinda hoping the COP would stop me that would be a good story for me to tell my family.
I was driving and Retired Ky state trooper car that i had just bought in indiana and didnt have no liscense plate at all on the vehicle. I just thank that would have been a funny sight if the citizens on patrol had pulled me over, People driving by and thank the citizen on patrol had a state trooper pulled over. I imagine this is a program similar to crimestoppers or neighborhood watch programs. YALL DO HAVE REAL POLICE DONT YOU>

You sound like a real ASS! Yes, Brandenburg does have police. Next time you come through stop in at the Town hall and ask them. I bet you will get the answer you don't want. And as far as reading goes, We know how to read. And as far as the C.O.P. they help out with the school crossings and if they see something that is not right they call it in. And as far as you not having a plate on your car are you sure you bought it or did your sorry ass steal it????
