Ralph Glessner, of Hanover, gives his sister Mary Fedorenko, of Upper Darby, a kiss after they were reunited Saturday along High Street in Hanover after 31 years of searching for each other.

We'd have more stories like these if the states would just let adult adoptees and their families have access to their records. It shouldn't have taken an investigator to "pull strings" to get names and contact information.
