I had heard over a year ago that it was going to be a Denny's but then the real estate signs went back up so I figured that plan was scrapped. Now it's looking a lot like a Panera Bread but maybe that's just wishful thinking.

Whats up here on LI we are one of the most prosperous places in the world yet if a restaurant opens and it is not a MC Donald's or Burger King the place seems to go out of biz. I have heard a lot of buzz around Long Island already about this Denny's So I am thinking it should do pretty good! But I guess we will have to wait and see!!! I will be there !!! They confirmed that yes, Denny's was opening in Centereach. No grand opening date yet, but she said, and I quote "That project is near completion. Call back next week and we should have an opening date"..........Oh yes! Now my life is complete!!
