Dude, What? - Face of Jesus in Meteorite?

No telling how big this thing is from the photo, but has anyone wondered how a meteorite fragment that made it to earth in this guy's back yard didn't wind up buried several feet underground? Even the size of a golfball, the impact would have knocked him off his feet if he was within a few yards. I love bullsh!t, so much can grow in it.
