Sign changed at Copelands

I saw the sign no longer read Copeland Medical Services. Did boy wonder finally go broke? The parking lot looks worse that Dayton Greens car lot, I mean no vehicles. I heard he had to sell out to the hospital in order to keep from going belly up. Oh well, when you treat people like crap long enough karma jumps up & bite ya in the ASS.

As bad as he might be, people, it will be a horrible mistake to sell that hospital to Cookeville.

Its a done deal but Dr. Copeland far from broke, and the people of Clay co. will be the winner because CRMC can manage the hospital with better care because of their equipment and resources of medical expertise. Dr Copeland has been a huge asset to Clay co in providing services but one man can only do so much. He will continue to practice and be sucessful as will the hospital.

Not according to Consumer Reports. CRMC ranked second in the state of all the hospitals they ranked --above Vanderbilt, Baptist and other larger hospitals. St. Thomas was the only hospital ranked higher than CRMC in the report.

When all you treat is people who can't pay I don't think it would be too hard to go "belly up". It would serve all you welfare seekers right if all doctors moved out of the county and were replaced with a "free clinic". Then we would see how much you missed Dr. Copeland's services.

If you don't have insurance, he would "cut you a deal", only charge you $80-100. You are an idiot.

Dr. Lee Copeland is a fine individual,and I wish him "all the best" in his endeavors.
