Some of you Posters know all about these Food Stamp Cards, don't you? I don't even know what one looks like, but you, on the other hand, seem to know every little tiny detail. Now, I wonder why that is?

I had a few acquaintances years ago that were similarly prepared for the imminent apocalypse and food riots. They rarely seemed genuinely happy, just eager to have a reason to justifiably shoot someone. They rarely had many friends, but they probably enjoyed that scenario, as they would be less pressured to share their survival stockpile.
Well, OA, I'm prepared and am very happy, not with the direction of the country, as about 70 percent of the American people aren't either.

The statement was that consumer are the job creators.
So the next time you're in line at Walmart, ask the job creator checking out in front of you for a job.
Actually, the Super Walmart here is begging for Drug-free applicants. They took 50 Applications & not one of them could pass the drug test. Now you tell me, what is America's biggest problem! Maybe, that's what's causing all this Paranoia in some of these Posters?

Paranoia??? or good, common sense....I wonder. No doubt, Our Homeland department is gearing up for riots in the street, buying obscene amounts of ammunition...the best case scenario is riots in the streets across our country. We have been extremely lucky that each terrorist attack has been thwarted so far, how long will that last? For the last 20 years, we have "negotiated" with Iran to stop their nukes...all the while they keep building them. Lastly, but probably most importantly, the vast majority of the population really REALLY does believe the Bible.

At the end of this year, when the funding runs out, there will be much knashiing of teeth when the entitlement parasites don't get any more candy. Europe will look like a cake walk compared to this entitlement society.

many learned individuals predict the end of this summer, but I doubt obama would let that happen before election day. Most assuredly when all those tax breaks end at the same time obamacare taxes kick in, the end of January 2013. I think it all depends if "they" can hold Greece in line and when Spain joins the ranks of collapse.

It seems that it is perpetually the "End Times."

I'd rather "live" than spend my life worrying about dying. To each his own.

We were attacked under a Republican administration, we witnessed the assassination of "Public Enemy #1" during a Democratic administration. Shouldn't we worry more about our security being entrusted to another Republican?

Well, OA, not the End Times for everyone, just the ones who are unprepared, like the blissfully ignorant, like you. Why do you want illegals to vote?

You are confusing fear with preparedness, you can stick your head in the sand and pretend that everything is swell but we all know it isn't.

i'll be the first to admit, obama has done a great job continuing to thwart the attacks. but the thing is, the threats are still coming...what are the odds of ALWAYS catching everyone of them...most especially when our borders are so porous? I refuse to live in facts and reality, NOT stick my hand in the sand and hope it goes away.

Daily Horoscope for June 20

Aquarius

You've been on a roll during the past few days but things take a different turn today, leading to an uncharacteristic bout of doubt and confusion. You're feeling inadequate and overwhelmed today, which saps your energy and leaves you vulnerable to making mistakes and feeling damaged by other people's put-downs. Better retire from the fray to lick your wounds for a short while.
