This may finally be the year we get rid of the liberal judge Beacom! Don't vote this liberal back in again. He's been in their too long with his ultra-liberal rulings.

wait
Lets don't forget a guy who lets killers set in jail 2 -3 years then tries them in his election
year .We can house them and feed them .
Please note he became a rep. over night to keep his
job.
Now local dude write a story on that.
That is better than your horse story.

I've already written a story on that.
And it is not uncommon for defendants to sit in jail for several years awaiting trial in Hunt County, no matter which district court they are scheduled in, due to the higher than normal number of murders, aggravated robberies and aggravated assaults per capita. Simply put, there is and has been a backlog of major cases for years in Hunt County which, in my opinion, could easily support a third district court.
Now, don't get me wrong, I am not a cheerleader for nor am I a critic against Judge Beacom. I am just curious as to what Bruce considered "liberal" about him.

Forgive my apparent ignorance, but I wanted to know what the posters on here considered "liberal" about the judge? Again, I am not claiming to be a supporter or a critic of Judge Beacom, just curious to learn what is considered liberal when it comes to a district court? Which rulings/decisions do you consider to be liberal in nature?

I wrote that story as well, and in that case it was the DA who dropped the charge.

Brad you know it won't matter how many times you tell them the truth, they will only believe what they think they know. They wont ever go see for them selves to prove anything, People only see what they dont agree with and ignore the 90% they do agree with just so they can say get rid of someone.

Liberal Beacom and the DA must have been in cahoots on this one then. Beacom's liberal slant on everything cannot be ignored.

That DWI is just one example. Beacom is known for giving slaps on the wrist to criminals. Time for a change!

I have to agree that it is time for a change. These career politicians forget what real life is like. Let Beacom try private practice for a while- or I'm sure he can retire with outrageous benefits. Put him out to pasture.

Hey Dude! Why don't you go trying to sit out a 50 year sentence and tell us if you think that is pretty liberal.

please please give us your examples. Which sentence was liberal? What is liberal to you? Is it anything less than a maximum sentence? Do you believe that everyone should get the maximum everytime? Please do tell!

tell us what is liberal Bruce! don't just throw the word around. Cite us to specifics. Hey -- how about if one of the candidates has ever filed for bankruptcy -- would that be conservative or liberal?

If Beacom is that liberal, then Republicans need to vote for someone else. Whether he's "Romey liberal" or "Obama liberal" we can't take anymore of that.
