Therapist's license suspended

Hello. Does anybody know the name of the newest Assisted Living Center in Marion? Thanks alot.

Why was that Dr. Ruppert license suspended? What did he do? Does anybody know him?

He was charged with having sex with a patient.

What a dirt bag.

My ex took my 5 year old girls to this guy and a judge actually faulted me for withdrawing my girls from his care. Figure that one out..........
(the judge is a friend of the doctors)

I hope you got your problems ironed out. It sounds like the judge, the dirt bag therapist and your husband were all in cahoots. I'm not surprised. Hopefully your kids are okay.

Not to be judgmental but no one really knows his side of the story, i wouldn't recommend listening to alot of news and gossip these days, you know how untruthful they are. Dr.Ruppert has been my therapist for the past seven years, and he has always been there for me. He was only suspended, and he was not criminally charged.

in resp to amanda... there is no criminal charge for having sex with a patient, but it is a moral thing. those are the grounds they jerking his license. im sure he's a great guy, but what he did hurt a lot of people, including the patients he was trying to help. that's why they don't want him practicing anymore.

Dr. Ruppert was my therapist for many years. No one but him and the other person know the truth about what happened. But I can tell you that he is a very caring individual and was always there for his patients.

I made allegations against him for boundary violations in 1998, but nobody believed me.

I feel vindicated.

Tim was my family therapist for years. I was a single mom who needed guidance. He was a gift from God. I have asked my children if Tim did anything wrong during our years. They love him like I do. he helped me raise 2 Christian, loving, financially successful children. I have great relationships with them. Tim helped me heal my releationship with my folks. I will never believe he did anything wrong. I pray for Tim and his family.

P.S. Why don't you people look in to who Tim was trying to help. You will probably find a child of some powerful, man who was molesting his child. Tim was probably trying to help the child. This is just guess...??

Can you be more specific in what you meant by violating boundaries between patient therapist? I think the same thing happened to me. But I never told anyone. I don't know if I should tell or keep it to myself.

The Gazette reported a LIE. The TRUTH will be exposed both locally and NATIONALLY very soon. Keep in mind,this person was emotionally sick. Stay tuned....he will soon be vindicated.

Now there are three people with experiences to relate. The victim, SMS and myself.

I complained about him in February of 1998 and as I recall, I said "he was losing it". Nothing was done and a month later, he was allegedly getting into trouble with the victim. Maybe one of his colleagues should have intervened at that time. It would have spared many people a lot of grief.

SMS, what happened to you? And when?

HA HA HA HA HA....emotionally unstable is the theme of his patients. You both fit right in.

It wasn't a child. All of you are commenting on rumors and false allegations. That is the problem with these blogs and stories that are inaccurately reported. This person's family gave a statement to his legal team on HIS behalf. They know how unstable she is. Like I said, wait for the truth to come out soon. It is backed up with fact, not fiction.
