Send them all back to their country of orgin. They can then petition the international court for all their greivences and thus they will prevail if they have standing and proof of their mistreatment. Do not spend one more US dollar to house feed and pamper these law breakers.

In the mid 50's, I worked my summers topping carrots and onions for .11 cents a crate along side braceros.
They worked the crops from Texas to Canada and went back to Mexico for the winter.They applied for work permits as they moved north. They were here legaly, unlike many of the currant workers. That system ended with Chavez and the Unions organizing workers in the early 60's and driving many small farmers out of business.This mess was created by pandering political payoffs, so don't expect crooked congress people to correct this problem anytime soon. Looking away buys campaign money and votes to stay in office.

Let's see. 306 out of 389 were breaking our laws. That's nearly 80%. It certainly seems that the feds were doing their job.

This frivolous case should be dismissed.
