This is what I know about her just want to see if anyone else knows her
She is short has three kids with three different men. Has been married twice that I know of. She moved to KY about three years ago and now she has moved back to IA. I know she is going to EMT school, and really that's about it. Anyone know her?

I know a person named Tara Carter who has 3 daughters who is from the KY area and is in the WV area due to her drug addiction. Her maiden name was Lusk to my knowledge. She has blond hair (not natural) and is slender to medium built. Do you have any other info on her? She is alledgely employed at Kings Daughters Hospital in KY.

I know she moved back to Iowa about three months ago, and this Tara I am talking about has two son's and a daughter. She is about 5'2 fake blonde hair at times brown and black at others. She married a man named Travis Jackson, and they split and now she married a man last name Carter. I know she lost her oldest son to his dad and I think it was because of crank not too sure. I know when she lived here in KY she had social services on her ass all the time, and she is a whore (not trying to be nasty) but it's true. She isn't from here.
