Federal Immigration agents on Monday arrested more than 300 people in Postville during a raid at the nation's largest kosher meatpacking plant.

today an illegal walked into my place of work and managed to ask me to make him a copy of something he needed to fax to a possible employer. After looking at the documents I came to the conclusion that it is a mesxican national id card and a fake American social security card. I hate the fact that california refuses to enforce federal law.. and no-one would care if i made this copy or not.. So now i know the ss# he is using, the ins a# from his motherland and the number to the company he is trying to get an illegal job at. Tomorrow i will call ICE and give them all this info.. im wondering why we don't have a website where we can report these fraudulent documents??? Would it be against the law to post them?

Why would you use illegal workers if immigration have allowed companies to hire foreign workers under H-2B visa program? They either want to save payroll taxes (employers portion) or they don't know about the program.

The ACLU condemned the raids.
Big surprise. On the one hand, the ACLU condemns the raids because it's not fair to remove these people, who are just doing a job Americans won't do (yeah right). On the other hand, the ACLU is usually condemning the very fact that they DO work these jobs, because the jobs supposedly treat them so unfairly, work them like slaves, etc. So which is it, ACLU? Should we leave them alone to work these jobs, or should we bust the employers (as in this case that you're condemning) who work these employees unfairly?! I think that the ACLU would complain about the cops not stopping speeders; and then complain that the speeders are being denied the ability to get to work on time. |

I think we should offer each police officer 250 dollars per head to round up these illegal invaders, I bet they would be gone in no time.
