Linneman's past due taxes?

I reside in Lebanon, so I guess this shouldn't be of concern of mine; But wow... has anybody noticed the infamous SC Pioneer's listing of residents with past due property taxes? You would sure think that a CITY EMPLOYEE would be somebody that would pay there taxes on time. Especially one that can afford the luxeries of life, such as new vehicles, motorcycles, etc. This Linneman guy is a waste. Wake up Smith Center.

You'll see either Linnemans's or other city or county employees almost everytime the list comes out. I know it isn't the first time Linneman's name has been there. I'd agree with you that it does look bad to be able to afford non-neccessities but not make the effort to pay your taxes. It looks really bad!

well its very simply put, hes getting paid under the table or just buying useless junk and not his taxes. if you ask me i'd pay the taxes on his house take ownership of it and then lease his own house to him at the very last moment so he'll never know what hit him. hey its not mean donald trump did it for an old friend of his but it could be. sometimes when people are like that they need a nice wake up call. this town is slowly getting whats comming to them. the seven deadly sins comes to mind. can't wait to see some of these people in hell. after what they did to that poor indian family back in the 1980's. its a damn shame, that they have an indain logo and yet are totaly hate real indains. close minded as before, its 2008 people whats with the 1950s values, thats why this town is so small, the size of the town usualy reflect the size of there brains like this Linnemans and a few other people i'm sure you can think of.

I've always found it interesting (in a bad way)that Linneman's personal vehicle bears the license plate "OUTLAW" and his daughter's vechicle says "REBEL". I'm sorry, but I don't think a law enforcement officer with any sense of integrity should have a license plate that is so suggestive of anything but honesty.

Well Linnemann basically got fired from being a cop due to him being a total LOSER. It actually had to do with no properly filing police reports and being an asshole to other cops and city council (his bosses). This guy should have never been a cop in the first place. Glad he is finally gone.

Now about the taxes, one name I noticed on the list was no other than County Attorney Allen Shelton. Talk about a loser himself. I noticed at the football game recently how he is hanging out with a drug dealer/druggie/nark.

Wake Up Smith Center, Shelton is also involved in some illegal activity. Same as Bortz and others in the town.

Oh my....get over it. Who didn't smoke pot and do drugs in the 70's and 80's??? Every Bortz citizen in this community are good, honest and hard working people. Strong parential values also. This blog topic was intended for discussion of former city Police Officer Linneman; nothing to do with the Bortz's. Leave the Bortz's out of this and grow up.

I can see you took extra offense to my comments, so I am sure that you are either a Bortz or a close friend to them. So you really do know what I am talking about.

If you don't, then I will clarify somemore. It was highly alleged. I am not talking about just smoking pot and doing drugs. I am talking about Drug Trafficking worth large amounts of money. This was (is) no small amount dealing either.

The point is that if Linneman should not have been allowed to be a cop (which he did not), then Bortz really should not be a cop.
