This is in loving memory of the "Birdman of Cedar Key" Owen Freeman who passed away Friday October 23, 2009 at Citrus Memorial Hospice. He left behind a legacy of being a steward towards wildlife and especially the Brown Pelicans that were injured and needed much care, When there was no one else he was there.
