I think the only item in this area is the bologna burger from Schindler's althouh I am a fan of the resturaunt and not the burger. The truth is I have seen this show several times and the places that guy goes to have several menu items that are unique, combinations of items. Although the food is good at a lot of these places there is nothing special about them. Pilot House and Gordonville Grill are great but it is not unique. Strawberry's in Holcomb is excellent but again the food just tastes great. There would have to b a pork steak with eggs and bacon covered with slaw and onions on an oversized bun. Not happening. Shemwells in Cairo has the best barbeque sandwiches I've ever had. Perhaps the slinger platter from Don's Store 24 is what would qualify the most for the show.

Babes Fish Wagon in East Cape is pretty good....Its actual home fried southern fish, not.processed crap...Prices are a little high but u get alot of food

thank you I couldn't remember the name. By far the best ribs I've ever had and I used to travel for the railroad and never came across a better place. Does anyone know if they are still open?

Port cape has some great BBQ! I've never eaten anything that wasn't good there!! Plus the building is full of history and the service is always great!

Port Cape sucks. Dried up food. Enough said.

Someone mentioned Wib's in Jackson. At one time that was the place for real hickory pit BBQ. It has always been famous for not putting much meat on a sandwich but as of late it has really gotten bad. What a joke, You could buy two sandwiches at Hamburger Express and have enough meat to make six Wib's sandwiches. Besides that the meat is much better at Hamburger Express. Wib's is a joke and is existing on the past.

Hamburger Express???? I would not expect any decent food out of that place. Have you looked around when you were at the drivein window? Quality food? Who are you kidding? Just food is more like it.

Lamberts in sikeston for homemade food and more food for your money Delta BBQ or Port Cape
