I would like to know how the courts find it appropriate to let a person that's committed a crime like this one to even have a BAIL or BOND to be posted!?!!!

It's my belief that people like Shane Thomas Newbauer shouldn't be allowed to post a bail/bond and be free - EVER. He deserves far worse than what he will get in prison!

It's quite simple. The death penalty should be in effect for Rapist's of men or women or children.

It was automatic rape because she wasn't 13 yet. She never claimed he "raped" her. She had NO conncent at all because she was so young. Her mom also was the one who filed charges, she was, and still is in love with Shane.
