I recently took a trip and found an amazing woman. I never knew love like this existed until God brought her into my life. I understand everybody struggles and makes mistakes but true love is worth waiting for. Under dire circumstances, I chose to step back and let things work themselves out. No I am not from Va but my time there was very well spent. I was able to see the smile on a beautiful face that probably had not been there for a while. So on that note, there are still good women left in this world and one just happens to be in Cedar Bluff. How many of yall agree?

The love is mutual. She has proved it time and time again. And ive heard stories abt some.of the guys and girls around the area and ive even had a cpl run ins with them myself. I must say I have found THE ONE out of them all. The heart wants what it wants. Im just lucky that her ex didnt realize what he had bc now she truly knows what shes worth. All the pain and heartache is hopefully being removed. Altho he is still in the picture, atleast she knows that she doesnt have to endure the degrading. She now knows what TRUE, SINCERE, HONEST, REAL, LOVE is. So again.....im the Lucky One.

@lucky one. That is an awesome story, so how often do you get to see one another and what ate future plans?

Well there lays the problem. She currently has her own situation goin on so im just waiting on the side lines till things work out before we can persue further. Im in NC. Which adds more difficulty. But I have faith that it all will work out for her and her kids. No matter the outcome. All I can do is wait bc I can say without a doubt that its worth it.

how many children she have and what ages? This could be the problem with her taking her time

3 young children. And yea she says thats the whole reason her ex is still around. I kno how her kids feel abt their father and I have the up most respect for the cosideration of that. Thats why I have chosen to step back and put my thoughts and feelings aside. I just want them happy but its between her and him to make whatever is necessary for that to happen for her and the kids. I kno what she has been thru bc of him. But its hard with children involved.

Yea it is hard im sure. Its tought for anybody to be in a situation like that in which they do not want to be. She is an amazing and selfless woman and she puts her kids first. And that is rarely seen. So just another reason ivee admired her. I have no doubt that everything will work out in time. We have waited "a thousand years" so im sure I can wait a lil longer. And thank you.

Why don't you take the higher of the two roads and leave married people alone? How about encouraging her to talk her problems out with her husband? Does her husband know that she is being a whore? Quit the secretive crap and go face her husband and get his opinion of the situation. I imagine he is probably putting in overtime to care for his family, just so his wife can be carrying on like a teenager.`

I was abt to ask the same thing lol. And trust me, her ex tries to be a father to his kids and I give him that much respect. But thats as far as respect goes bc ive heard it from her mouth AND from the kids mouths abt what he has done to their mother and them. All on part of his drug habit and physical and verbal abuse. And its not one sided like im just takin her side, bc ive heard it from MULTIPLE family members and countless friends. So I do kno the facts abt him and what he is all abt. Yet I still chose to step back bc of her doing whats right for the kids first. So trust and believe that.

Everything turned out different but im still here as a friend to her situation. Things happen for a reason whether we want them to or not. So whatever takes place from here on out, will be for a purpose and we have to accept it. All we can do is hope for the best. Regardless.....im still gonna be there for her and the kids. I made that promise and I stand by it.

It was one of those things if it seems to good to be true then chances are IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!

Thats possible but not always.

And just what makes your story different? Are you all together? What's the update on this? I just don't see how it could possibly work. You say you live away. Is she willing to relocate? Or are you willing to relocate to be with her? What are your plans? Have you been back to visit her? Has she come to visit you? Long distance love stories arn't very successful.
