Am I the only person in West Plains who hates Toney Aid.

Toney is a man. A fine man man at that, a perfect gentleman, who has put a lot of risk on the line over his love for the community.

No, no you're not. He has, quite a few time, showed how closed minded he is. If it's not his way he throws a fit. For example: Naturally Enchanted.

Personally...I dislike his dancing style. How many times have we all witnessed Mr. Aid, if that is indeed his "real" name, break dancing on the square at 4:00 in the morning? I'll answer that question myself. Too many times.

I'm going to assume you meant all HE HAS DONE FOR West Plains. But, I actually agree with the statement you made, what he has done to West Plains. Things like not allowing businesses to fill empty buildings on and around the square.

Do you own a building on the square that has remained empty because Toney said you coudn't rent it out? I didn't think so.
It's actually amazing that downtown West Plains has as many tenants in it's buildings as it does! Why don't you go visit some other Ozark towns of similar size population and see their downtowns? Have you been to downtown Poplar Bluff lately?
Toney restored many buildings downtown. If someone wanted to make money off buildings, an old downtown is not the place to do it.
You're only upset because he spoke up against your drug dealer at Naturally Enchanted that was bringing so much crime and vandalism to downtown due to the tweaked out K2 and bathsalt users. If there was something that would cause buildings to remain empty, it was Naturally Enchanted.

Hmmmm, isn't this the business owner who was murdered in her place of business/home? Yeap, she attracts high quality clientele. How does the saying go, "by your fruits you are known". I don't think her "fruits" were in the best interest of the other businesses on the square. Clearly that has now shown to be fact. I'm sure the other business owners on the square were glad that Mr. Aide took the action he did and kept those violent people away from downtown West Plains.

I so we rented from him. The larger buildings are around 1,500 a month. Our business went out because of it.

Tony it's west plains not Beverly hills. Lower your rent if you want businesses to rent off you.
