Anon, Did the big box store have a person arrested for walking his dog in the parking lot? Now if that big box store did have that person arrested for dog poop!!!! It just shows were that store's Managers mind is.. IN POOP.....Thats the meaning of the sign.

I didn't see the sign, but I am guessing that someone's dog crapped in the lot of a chain store. The owner should clean it up or pay the price. It's called "responsibility" and it's that simple. As far as "making him clean it up" that may be more difficult. Perhaps the manager made the request and the owner refused.

...I don't get it. He lives down and across the street, why was he walking his dog in the Home Depot parking lot? People who let their dog sh*t and don't pick up after them disgust me.
