Tulsa could set record number of meth labs

The answer is a prescription law for dry tablet pseudoephedrine but with a catch. Their is new tamper proof / meth proof technology and I am going to try to get language in the bill to not require prescriptions if it has this meth proof product in it called ( Tarex ).

Second company to come out with meth proof pseudoephedrine called Nexafed made by Acura Pharmaceutical. I do not have it up on my web site yet so here is the link to it and to Tarex, the other meth proof technology. The cost is 2 cents a pill more and when I spoke at the Senate pseudoephedrine study the drug lobby wanted to get off that topic real quick.

The pseudoephedrine market for meth cooks is about 75% of total sales and it is worth several hundred million dollars. It was pretty funny because I caught them paying a current Kentucky sheriff to speak against prescriptions along with a X DEA agent and a couple of others. When the Kentucky sheriff opened it up for questions I grabbed the mike and asked him if he had every received ( ANY )
money from the drug lobby. Everyone looked at me like they could not believe I had asked a sheriff that question but the guy got red in the face and stuttered around and admitted he was a paid spokesperson for the drug lobby.
