I live in Chicago and have ordered food from House of Audre because there is nothing else like it in the United States...First, she's the real deal in terms of taste and presentation. Second, it's obvious that there is love in the food. As I learned her story and about their foundation, I realized that her catering service really is an incredible wat for her to add more love in the world. Dealing with Audrey regarding orders is not an ordinary experience... thank God. Audrey imparts caring and grace in everything she does. From the moment she answers to phone to discuss an order, I feel a sense of calm. She always says, "no problem, we can handle that!" This must come from the depth of understanding what REAL issues are in life.
Thank you for sharing more about her in the newspaper so House of Audre can add a little more love in a world through her food, her style and her story. moe ross

Audrey is just one amazing person,she is a sister, a mother, a friend,a caregiver to many poeple that are in need, and one great entertainer and always wears a smile.

She can write a book about her life, she has gone through trying times, but who will know that, she is to good a person to even want to remember all of that.

Her children came first in all her works and now Claire is her pride and joy.

Her food is just to die for. Samoosa's and home made sauce is the best.

I would grade her 10 out of 10.

The best samoosas in the USA. Had the pleasure of tasting them in January this year. Awesome.

Being a personal friend of this remarkable family makes it impossible to read this article and not comment.
Having been a part of watching the growth and success of this amazing family, sharing the good and bad times of life, enjoying the delicious fare, and the warmth of their place in my life has truly been an inspiration.
I don't know of anyone more deserving, and I am so very proud of their accomplishments.
