Why are folks bitching about others putting up their actuall names? This is a forum, it is meant to be used with any name you want to give, there is no TOS that states you need to do so.
If you are upset that a poster won't give up their real name, oh well. If we all used our real names, I bet about 98.9% of these post would not be typed to begin with. If the remarks upset you, deal with it or change the channel.
