Jenny Doling sued for malpractice and plaintiff prevails

Jenny Doling was sued for malpractice and plaintiff was awarded large out of court settlement. Jenny Doling had a large firm represent her and plaintiff prevailed representing himself. With no attorney Mr. Edwards won his lawsuit. The preponderance of evidence led to the settlement of this case, and showed that Jenny was not telling the truth about legal documents the plaintiff was supplied.
You have to ask Jenny two questions:
Were you ever sued for malpractice?
Did the plaintiff prevail?

Dude you need to get a life. Sounds like you tried to steal your moms house and got caught. Who cares what attorney drafted the deed. Get over it and move on with your life.

Tell that to someone that did everything within his means to keep his mom's property with legal documents given to him, and then have that lawyer Jenny Doling lie about those documents. It was Jenny Doling's idea to transfer the house; but when asked by the police, she said she didn't supply them. Thus, I sued her and won the case. So, maybe you should have this happen to you and then tell me to move on. Jenny Doling deserves to be in jail and disbarred from law practice. I will gladly take on Jenny in a slander/libel case right now, so bring it on Jenny! Please do your family a favor and avoid this Lawyer!

Vacationer, your right Mr. Edwards got caught stealing a house. According to the D.A. he even forged documents to accomplish doing it, and the D.A. even secured a $1,000,000 bail to go get that bad guy! So, wouldn't you think this bad guy should be put away for a long time for forging documents and stealing a poor old lady's house?
Instead, he hires a top attorney and proves to the judge Jenny lied, and that attorney gets all charges dropped after he returns the property. It would be like if you Vacationer robbed some banks and gave the money back... would you be set free with all charges dropped?
He then sues Jenny Doling for malpractice- representing himself and wins... that does not happen to often... if at all in the legal community!
That is why we will not stop until she is disbarred for her actions.
