A few weeks ago while I was not home (at work)someone (I assume from the county) came thru my private property most likely surveying in relation to this project. Orange markers were painted in various locations, in addition to nails driven into the private roads. There are 12 lots in my development; it was determined (I heard by word of mouth) that the tank for all this operation will be located on my property. I have taken lots of effort to plant trees and plants and maintain my home and surrounding area. Does the county have the authority to come in without checking first, and possibly dig up and destroy all that I have cultivated in the past four years?

I don't know the answer to that, but would appreciate if you would post what you find out. The county (or Brush Creek sewer dist) made a mess of the Westridge subdivision a few years ago. |
