Assault cases in Robertsville and Pacific...

I am interested to hear anyones stories of being assaulted by cowards in the Robertsville/Pacific area. I was an assault victim and my story never got mentioned in the paper and the prosecutor is ignoring me. Id be even happier to hear the
name(s) of your attacker(s) so that they may face the justice of humiliation. Please send word.

I was assaulted by a coward named Michael W. Leach Jr. on February 8th, 2009. He jumped me and a friend and he had a baseball bat. I didnt see him coming because thats the way he fights, with weapons or with women and he would never stand up to a fair fight with any man because he knows he would lose. I suffered a concussion and the prosecutor ignored me as well. It took months to get the police report and even then it was incomplete. ive filed an ex parte against this punk so now he has upped his game in stalking and harassing... I too am tired of punks and I hope they all get what they deserve...

Has anyone heard about the girl who was jumped by a bunch of girls at a party and had it taped by some guys that just stood there and let it happen. It's amazing how ignorant people really are. From what I heard... her name is Sarah and she used to work at McDonalds. That's also where a bunch of the people involved also work. Heathens! Never heard about it in the paper or anything. Hope she's okay.

I wondered the same thing. Someone needs to bring these people in line, it ridiculous. Even if the girl is physically ok, I'm sure this will always have an impact.

For the above poster who was assualted, write letters to the prosecuting attorney. Send any medical records, etc. Also, you can also sue him in a civil suit.

the girls name was sarah bechtel i believe. And ive already found out why the coward got away with it. He is a narcotics informer for Franklin County and he snitches every chance he gets. I have a feeling he will narc on the wrong person one day
