They come after the average tax payer with a vengence, threatening jail time and court dates and etc, harassing and intimidating, over $400.00 in administrative fines that a payment plan has been arranged for and which has been loyally paid on every month for a year...but they make no attempts to collect $54,000 from someone who admittedly used her position to steal money from state coiffers?!? WTF is the justice in that situation?!? And now she has the audacity to ask for the crimes she ADMITTED TO and has not PAID FOR, when the entire state is financially strapped, to have it expunged????? Do we only allow brain-damaged drug addicts into positions of power in Ohio? Enquiring minds want to know.

To comment to the "outraged ohioan", not all of Ohios power players are brain-damaged drug addicts, just the ones in Madison County.

She soon be in jail and we (tax payers )should get our money back with interest even if we take her house and everything else. That is what what would happen to us. Like I've said it's not what you did it's who you know.

Sam Shamansky is a joke, he also thought a dog murderer was a good guy. Why should they have to try and cllect the money, she should have voluntarily repaid the money as agreed.
