I don't care if paid back every penny. The idea that any criminal has their record expunged is ridiculous. She did it, she got caught, she was convicted. Their are plenty of people who have turned their lives around, but it shouldn't mean they get a pass on criminal behavior. There are consequences for actions. Just because there a legal precedents for expunging records, it doesn't make it right. In this case, she hasn't even tried to the right thing.

If she was ordered to repay the money and she hasn't, then she should be quilty of probation violation and should be sent directly to jail. A thief is a thief no matter how they steel the money.

Here we go again. This creep bilked the public plenty, then hasent gave back a dime! She has plenty to retain a big buck attorney though. Get real. Throw the book (no pun intended) at her!
