what is up ith so much litter ..i am originally a new yorker but loyal to florida ..i have recently lost all including my car and luckily have a mom in casselberry .. i am very disapointed in all the litter i see in the parking lots of walgreens and the beautiful springs area of walmart..what is up with that .. maybe the cawsselberry police should monitor that instead of being so eager to ticket and hide from the failing economy poor citizens for going one mile over the limit..
