How much tax money is the city getting from the money he is making here in town??

How much are they getting from the ex cop that sells sno cones and funnel cakes? i haven't seen anything about him on here.

And how about the BBQ that stays set up on the corner by Hays?

or the BBQ at Gunnel's?

the city needs to run that perv out of town!!! he has been taken to court many times for sexual acts toward women, he needs to stay away from here and we all need to boycot that crappy van he is living in and selling crap out of!!!

Why does any business have to collect taxes and try to run a legal business when people set up on corners and sell stuff. I think I will buy me a trailer and pull it around town too.

Do all these vendors selling food have to meet any standards of the health dept? They have no place to wash hands or anything. Anyone know the answer?

I agree and I don't want him anywhere near me.

Guess the city council needs to do something about this. We have businesses around here that are trying to make a living that are in a building paying taxes on it and collecting sales taxes. If they don't want to do anything the state needs to be contacted that way maybe they will at least have to turn it in as an earning. Everyone know none of it gets turned in.

I say get this creep out of town if he has done those things to women. He looks nasty anyway.

Wow, you folks never cease to amaze me!! This is no different than buying food from one of those vendors at the carnival. No one ever complains about that. However, it doesn't surprise me. It just amazes me that it took you this long to start this thread. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot...WOOOHOOO, YANKEES!!!!!!!!!

Well I don't buy food at the carnivals. And that is usually a couple of days. These other places are set up all time. This dude has been here for a month. The others they have mentioned are set up all time. If they want to run a business either buy or rent a building and have a business........

You do understand that a carnival travels from place to place, don't you? If it isn't set up here, it is set up somewhere else.

Ahhh, yes I do know that!!! It is not set up here day after day, month after month. They do get licenses and pay taxes. Not like the ones that set up on the corners and sell with no license and no paying taxes!!!!!!!

Are you sure about that? You even have to buy a license or permit to have a yard sale. Also, do you not think that these people pay rent to the places who let them park in their facility? Unless you have proof, you shouldn't jump to any conclusions. It's not like we have a lot of buildings left to rent. My comment earlier was more a reply to the ones asking how sanitary it was to eat at the place by Hays. we set up and we pay are taxs and we make a liveing and pay are bills we dont draw food stamps or live in apt houses and we dont lay back and draw a check we work for what we got and this place would be a better place if ever one would clean up under there own door step them they wouldnt have time to clean up under the work man or lady
