If you're referring to Myanmar, it's not Communist.
It is a military junta. We could describe it as Totalitarian...maybe even as fascist, but it's not Communist.

It is a common misconception. They used to be a Socialist Republic (like China is today) until the Military Dictatorship took over in the late 80s
