New Walgreens

I have heard that Carthage is getting a Walgreens. Has anyone else heard that?

why do they need one?they have a new drug center right at the hospital.free drugs to all,from what i hear.lol

well...its the truth.just go to any doctor in smith co.,and u can get anything from them.thats what i have been told.look...i dont need any damn PROZAC..im just telling u the truth.anyways,,why does carthage need another drug store?just like we need another hamburger business....lol

A new walgreens is the equivalant of the new walmart. It will only kill more small business. I dont think we need it either.

As far as drs giving out meds, that may be true if you have insurance but I can tell you from experience if you dont have insurance the doctors around here want to give you the time of day! Paying cash up front is a problem for them, they dont know how much to charge for anything other than the office visit. Its an inconvience to them and they make it obvious they'd rather not deal with it. My family is one of those that fall through the crack. Not poor enough for government help and not rich enough to afford private insurance. Sorry, I kinda got off track, didnt mean to turn into a rant LOL

Well somebody has to sell meth making precursors wal=mart walgreens even sell meth lab srater kits now.

We need to have a walgreens here on carthage. All the Mom and pop stores have charge us the max for years..The stores like a Walmart have forced the mom and pops to be fair instead of crooks!!
