I'm not sure if it is any better to use an out of town attorney. We tried that once and it was as if the judge was offended. The judge said some things to the attorney that were undeserving and offensive.

I used Tony Perrotta. He may come across as cold but that's why he is so good. I now have full custody, child support and alimony. He ran circles around my ex-husband's attorney in court.
