Cherokee probe leads to 10 OxyContin arrests

I'm glad Cherokee County got involved. I have been calling Bartow County for over a year trying to get them to check out the house on Copperhead.But as usual they did nothing.Thank You Cherokee County.You also need to check out some of the people that was arrested from Ala.They were doing more than selling drugs. I've been told there is a body buried on that property.

I've heard there is more than one body buried there. I've heard three. A girl and two boys.

Supposedly they were out together and went to a party there and ODd on something and died and ended up buried there.

I don't know if it's true or not, but I do know that those kids vanished. It was in the paper.

I have been told by more than one person that my son is buried there. I don't know if it true or not but I sure would like to go look.

Marc Peyton's wife knew what Steve was wearing the night he went missing.She knew things that was not in the papers or tv.The police from Cherokee County got a search warrent to search the property,but Peyton was tipped off by someone in Bartow and was ready for them when they got there.Steves mom was blamed for tipping him off.Yea right!!!!!CC had to go thru BC to get the warrent,thats how he was tipped off.They keep telling his mother they can not get another one because THEY say They don't have a reason.When Peyton was caught selling drugs, Wasn't that a reason?

I believe after someone has been arrested for a felony (especially drugs), and is lucky enough to make bail then he or she can be searched at any time or looked at for any other suspicious behavior.

Yes it is,If he lives I hope his brain is gone forever! Sorry I know that sounds bad but he has gotten away with to much for too long.

This kitty is so glad she is far away from Bartow County.

The problem is when they become a narc for the county, they then get help from the county and are allowed to continue there ways because thats how they catch others

Amen to that one!! I know someone that does just that and it makes me sick as hell!! I hate this damn town!!

Well justice was REALLY served . Marc Peyton is back on the streets. Give him a few weeks and he will be selling his dope again.Hey the man was caught with 190 something oxy"s and only got probation. Give me a break.

What is even worse is when single girls with children do this.They live on welfare, get the drugs free,sell them and if they get caught they can count on the welfare checks to help pay fines.Check out "drug arrest" Calhoun Ga topix.

Amen!!! I have never seen so many skanks in my life as there is in this town!! What in the hell is up with this place? What is so sad most of these kids that there parents sell dope they will grow up and do the same thing!!
