I hope they are shown no sympathy at all. They already have background of similar incidents, if we let them go they will do it again. I am familiar with this station, and was shocked to hear about this. I hope they feel the full extent of the law.

Actually they ALL deserve the Death Penalty!!!

The main reason these Punks keep shooting people is because they know that they will not receive the Death Penalty in this Liberal State!

California just does not seem to find the middle of the road! DEATH PENALTY = GOOD!

they are going to have to put that guy in protective custody...wilmington is a small town so the odds that he will meet up w/ someone who knew the victim are pretty high...

i would too. but, the biggest problem with the death penalty is that more often than not (i dont have any facts/sites handy), it costs taxpayers more to put them to death because of the appeals process, years and years behind bars anyway, etc etc.

no deals, hang them all. and for capital punishment, I still say, bring back the chair. THAT WAS A DETERRENT. the needle in the arm, they dont care-besides, here in Kalifornia, it takes literally 30 or 40 years from someone is convicted, to when they are executed. inexcusable.

well, come to think of it, in cases like this where it there's no room for potential error (ie in a murder case, how credible is the eye witness, data mining techniques, etc), they should be sent to death because i dont htnk these kinds of things are able to come up for appeal.

seems clear cut to me.

I like the idea of sentencing them to life. Then all it takes is a couple of cartons of smokes and the right "friend" behind bars. Case closed. No appeal; No housing costs; No bad guy.

Amen, let us remember the victims and their families. Hopefully once these 3 young animals are sentenced they will be forgotten by all and never seen again except by those who deliver the meals that they reach through the bars for.

Usually people are products of their environment, so I would have little sympathy for the criminals family.

from what i understand and have heard, the appeals process for a deathrower is many times more complicated, and supposedly there are far more opportunities to appeal/delay compared to the average inmate.
