Fry them both on TV, let all their ''homies'' watch them die, painfully as possible. Of course after the families of the victims have a little fun with a taser on them. If the system started treating criminals like the scum they are instead of bending over for the ACLU, maybe crime and such would decrease a little. YA THINK!!!!!!!!

I agree with all these people... I am the granddaughter of the life that has been taken away by this horrible incident. I wish nothing but the worse for the people that was involved for taking away the life of my grandfather, but nothing can be done to replace him. thank you all for your support.

If Loza was such "a great father", why did he leave the crime scene? Everyone gets to make choices. He chose to hang around the wrong people who chose to commit crimes. He is equally responsible for the 2 deaths WHETHER or NOT he pulled the trigger. I believe these 2 individuals are pointing their fingers at one another to confuse the jury and possibly get a return verdict of "a hung jury". I honestly hope the jury sees through these two individuals. Neither one of them are innocent in this case. 2 honest, hardworking people are dead because 3 worthless, heartless, no good men had nothing better to do at 4 a.m. than to try to change the lives of 2 families. Furthermore, for you to have the gall to post Loza is innocent??? Have you no remorse for the victims? Great fathers DO NOT RUN AROUND AT 4 A.M. bonehead. It's too bad his kids may be visiting him at a nice State Prison for the rest of his life.... The REAL victims don't get to see their children or family anymore. Charging a fee for each execution would generate income for the State of California which will help decrease the State budget deficit! Executing all the suspects involved in this most heinous crime at the same time would diminish profits!!! I am sure after watching several of these executions on pay per view, other Gang Members will really get the message!
