Typical compton jury,wanna know why crime is out of control there? It's the biggest building in the city and has the dumbest juries. If this had been in torrance court, they all would be found guilty and rightly so. Get smart DB and take a deep look into that court.

I have served on a Compton jury twice. They were both hung. As they continue to allow criminals back on the streets. It makes no sense to me because these same jurors end up victims of the very people they let go.

This article really upsets me. Please ask the jury that was selected for this trial.before a article is written. There was no gun handed to Sanford,.and Sanford did not killer those two people.Once the killer is prosecuted for life the truth will come out.

Same here. There were seven witnesses that fingered the guy, a grocery store robber, Sherrifs arrested him inside the store. Pistol with his fingerprints on it were found in the cookie section. Three jurors said not guilty and would not budge. They did not believe the seven witnesses or Sheriff Deputies. During the trial the defendant sat and glared at the jury.

The jury of Sanford were 8 blacks 2 whites and 2 hispanics! But 6 of the blacks were just absolutely dumb as a wall and all the evidences were pointing to Sanford and it is so unfortunate that they chose this black and stupid jury!!!!!!!!!!

It's so unfortunate that these 6 stupid jurors voted not guilty. Evidences were so blatant but how could you not see that? Are you just merely stupid or you just protecting your own race?

It's unbelievable that this killer had a mistrial and then thanks the jury for it. What is going on with our society that a clear and shut murder case results in a mistrial. The evidence is there. They admit to going to the store, they admit to committing the robbery, they are caught on video, they admit to the killing of two innocent and honest people. WHATS THE PROBLEM?
Who shot the victims? It doesnt matter. The bottom line is that they committed and admitted the crime that resulted in deaths of two poor clerks working the graveyard shift. If they were there, they are all guilty of the murder. It doesnt matter who pulled the trigger. GUILTY.
OH and for the jurors that voted not guilty wake up and smell the coffee because of your bad decision these KILLERS might end back in your neighborhood among your friends and family. They did it once they will do it again.

Very well said - thank you very much. For those who voted not guilty, I hope that your decision haunts you for the rest of your life. What happened to the murder victims might happen to one of your loved ones and let's see how you feel. You stupid people have no brain and most especially have no heart. How can justice be served in this country if we keep on letting dumb people sit on the jury.

<quoted text>
A declaration of a mistrial generally means that the court must hold a re-trail; and the suspect can not claim double jeopardy! This allows for the District Attorney to go back to the drawing board and get better evidence and or do a better job securing a conviction and take the criminal back to court!!!

This does not exonerate the suspect of the crime! If he is found not Guilty then it is over and he is free to go and cannot be tried again for the same crime.

Mistrail Does Not Mean Not Guilty!
