i think illegal fireworks are great and should be allowed. my block had nothing but illegal fireworks. the whole neighborhood was doing them, the whole city, why not just legalize it? no one is buying fireworks from the stands anymore for the fact that they are waaay overpriced and you can get illegal one much cheaper and better.
