Wasn't the Lesher ranch ,Millwood Ranch, for sale back in 2007 or earlier???
But they said they were Forced to sell because of posts on topix.

In the Clarksville Paper and/or Texarkana paper, didn't Rhonda state that her salon bus. was "doing great and that all the talk and posts were not,in fact hurting her bus. because she had so many friends and the people in Clarksville gave her so much support".
Yet she claims now that she had to close her salon because of the posts on topix.
Just curious as to which is correct.
I am just asking a Question here....Not making factual statment.
Peace be with you all

The heading should read Mount Pleasant Couple awarded "NOTHING".. Case closed. Nothing to appeal.. This topic is so old and all of you need to move on - make a life for yourself..Rhonda stated in Clarksville newspaper she left with her head held HIGH. So I guess she wasn't so damaged, was she?! Now she can work full time with her husband , what she has wanted to do her whole life - work side by side//////////

Didn't the Judge in this case make a Final ruling in favor of the Defendants??
Yes, I do believe she did.
And ruled that the Plaintiffs are to pay all the defendants legal costs.

I think there has been NO appeal....just a motion for New trial.
To the same judge that ruled for the defendants to start with.
Where is that an appeal????
If one wants to appeal...one has ,only a certain amount of time ...I think.
This is only my humble opinion
