Texas couple awarded more than $13M in Internet defamation case

Wasn't the Lesher ranch ,Millwood Ranch, for sale back in 2007 or earlier???
But they said they were Forced to sell because of posts on topix.

In the Clarksville Paper and/or Texarkana paper,didn't Rhonda state that her salon bus. was "doing great and that all the talk and posts were not,in fact hurting her bus. because she had so many friends and the people in Clarksville gave her so much support".
Yet she claims now that she had to close her salon because of the posts on topix.
Just curious as to which is correct.
I am just asking a Question here....Not making factual statment.

Didn't the Judge in this case make a Final ruling in favor of the Defendants??
Yes, I do believe she did.
And ruled that the Plaintiffs are to pay all the defendants legal costs.
