We need to get tough on crime; make these convicted crooks work while in prison and fork over their paychecks to the victim.

And, force them to work after release or else back in their cage.

And, remember, we in IL do not have "truth in sentencing laws" as some neighboring states have enacted.

So, with time off approximately 1 day less for each day of good behavior the bold criminal, the walker stalker will be free to continue to prey on other vulnerable victims in.....approximately 21 months.

And, I don't believe for one minute that this victim is her first and only victim.
