These KOZ sites are a load of horsecrap. If a company wants to locate to our area long term, they'll pay the taxes. I'm sick of subsidising the large companies. There is no break for homeowners on their taxes.(Contrary to fast Eddie Rendell's promises regarding gambling) These companies locate somewhere for 9 yrs, then relocate once they actually have to pay taxes where they are. Get rid of the KOZ zones. Make everyone pay their fair share. If you have too much land for that (who is the biggest Lacka Co. landowner?) then you should not own that much land. Especially when that land was ill gotten from the water company for pennies on the dollar.
