Woman accuses Pulaski sheriff of harassment

You go girl, at least you have the guts to stand up to this power hungry beast. I know for a fact that he does this, as I have seen it happen with my own eyes. I have tried to talk the person I seen him do this to into reporting it, but she is afraid to. Hopefully he will get what he deserves, casteration would be great!

Dear Amazed, Yes, he does have to be stopped. I will do all in my power to protect women from him! If I could just find out who the woman is, it would help so much more. Please, let me know.

I personally know this man, in fact he is my father.Randy has two daughters of his own, and would never want this to be done to one of us, much less him do it to another female. You have know idea what it does to me and our family to have people think that he is capable of such a horrible act against any female.

i know for a fact that this is happening. his family needs to understand that him doing these actions have caused major problems in his victims families as well. his victims have suffered enough. people should think about what they would do if the victims were their mothers, daughters, sisters or wife. instead of callig the victims whores they should put themselves in their positions. as for the comment that the victims are doing this for money, get real.

After working in the office, you can bet I have heard them all!!! And 'Mounds', you need to get a grip. What favor has he promised you for his defense?? The sheriff is nothing but a woman hungry whore. He does nothing but grab at his crotch, try to seduce every woman he comes across including elderly woman in their 80's who think that think their body aches for him. HOW SICK IS THAT!!! And everybody knows that if it was one of us who were driving with revoked drivers license for 8 or more years that we would already be in jail. Now these are different women who you have not heard of yet, so they are not the "Old Whores" you are claiming want money, these are MORE victims. Nobody wants money, and if they were whores don't you think they would of let him do this to them and not said anything? They just want this man to stop and to realize that even though he is the sheriff, he has consequences for his actions, just like you or I would. As I said before, there are many people out there that have been through this and for the fear of retaliation they have said nothing, I know this for a fact because my sister has also been a victim and she will not say anything to anyone because we know him well and know what he is capable of. As a victim myself i know what these poor souls are going through. At least they have balls of steel to do what is right with no regard to their personal safety. "Boob Bandit, now that is a true description of him. He does retaliate. One of his victims is still working for him. The way I understand it, she was promised a job 6 years ago as his secretary and he nor his wife were honest enough to tell her that they had already hired an older woman. This woman is still working even with the sheriff putting one of his "henchmen" on the same shift as she is working. With the comments of this henchman saying that he "would take care of the fat-assed bitch for you sheriff", its a wonder she still has her mind. If all the women to whom this has happened to would come forward we would have to hire out the Cairo Armory for the crowd. I have been told that a 13 year old little girl came to a cop in Mounds and told him that the sheriff had "been" with her the week before, not only did the cop do nothing, he told the sheriff about it. The old saying is, in Pulaski County you can get away with ANYTHING. I'm beginning to believe it.

I DO NOT and have NEVER worked for the Sheriff, I am a pulaski county citizen who knows the Sheriff and his wife very well. When people are afraid, they do things that make them feel safe, some for instance will work in a place even though they are being harassed, one for fear of retaliation and another because they might actually need that job until they can find another. I don't care what someone wears, fake boobs or not, that does not give anyone the right to put their hands on them, no matter who they are. And since the sheriff thinks he wants to put his hands on somebody, than he is in fact asking for "Shit" Also, Randy should not take any actions toward anyone that might be "taken out of porportion". And as far as Theresa beating someones ass.....if she can get up off the beer and pot long enough and she feels froggy....bring it on, I can guarentee I would give her a run for her money!
