Is there really a bond set already? That is sick. This man just tried to kill his girlfriend. And they set his bail at $100,000? What do they think the family and friends feel? I have seen higher bails set for theft or drugs. Not that either one of those is not bad, but we are talking about attemptive murder here. COME ON!!!

Why would anyone in there right mind set his bail @ $100,000 after slicing up his ex girlfriend just so no one else could have her, he will just do it to the next one, this is not right way to many people get off to easy and that is the proublem why there is so much crime in this land, just a pat on the shoulder I see and send them off to do another crim.. I say through the book @ him.....

Well as far as I know he had no history of this ... I knew this man a few years back when he moved out here from Oregon .. we were good freinds for awhile and then had a lil tif and went are seperate ways ... I do know that there are alot of people out there that are very surprized by this .. but I will say even as a former freind i do still think its a lil messed up that they gave him bail already ... these are real messed up charges and I would hope that are justice system took them a lil more serousely

If you goons could read, non-life threatening injuries isn't almost killing, and the original charges didn't include attempted murder. Amazing how people assume that he must have had a "history", and will "just do it to the next one" based on one single event. Can't believe there are so many "perfect" people on here.

He wasn't trying to MURDER her. If he was, he would've done it. He was upset she wanted things her way or the highway. So He ended up on the highway. This is a VIOLENT crime. He will do PRISON time, not a little probation and a fine. When he's released he will also have a large medical bill not including that she will sue him for every penny he ever makes for desrtoying her face. It gets VERY expensive when you purposely mangle someone, especially their FACE.

Cactusjumper, I actually know this guy. This had nothing to do with My way or the highway type of deal, it was just a case of Fatal Attraction. They were together for like a year, and they broke up, and he would not let it go! I worked in the same office as this guy as well. I was there when he got arrested. If it hadn't of been for her roomates, she would be dead.

This fool, like so many others, has our legal system working for him. 100 years ago he'd be in a pine box already. The systen designed to protect the public does more for the criminals that should lose, all, their rights after a conviction. If he lived in California, he'd probably get a parade.
The legal system is the problem and what attorney's have twisted it into. The system needs an overhaul and the lawyers that have turned it inside out need to go back to school and find a new line of work.
What it comes down to is he won't get what's coming to him! Unless they bring back a rope to the justice system.
