who is she?

i believe mike said that he would move here, but lets face it, why move here when there is nothing to do. I know that he was getting an appartment through governtment housing, but they didn't have one ready when he was here. as far as family life goes, please anyone show me a family that doesn't have problems. it doesn't mean that the problems were all his. besides, the way i heard it, the city was waiting to get rid of him because he did his job, just like all the other cops that have came and gone that did their job. the only way to keep that job is to just drive around until you get told to do something. is that really good for us??? oh well good for him. im sure he is better off and as far as sewing the city, what does caraway have that any one would want?
