Dreams

Anyone have unexplainably vivid dreams sometimes? Ones that wake you up with heart thumping & mind wondering.....no I don't mean erotic either.

i had a dream once that i was an off duty police officer and was shot while in persuite of a cuple of bank robers it hurt so bad it woke me up and i still felt the pain once i was a awake i had check myself to make sure i was not shot that i must say was the wildest dream ever had

I had a very odd dream about this time two years ago. I don't think I had been asleep for the amount of time for what I'd heard it took to enter the "dream stage." It was like part of the vision/sound/feelings occurred in limbo between sleep and waking up. In this dream, I don't know what I was doing there but I was in a dimly lit area-appeared to be a parking lot with maybe a street lamp. There was at least one and probably two other persons there. The odd part of the dream was in addition to what I heard, I felt at least one very sharp shearing-type pain in my head along with sound effects. I also felt to see if I had actually been shot and had a headache. This occurred at a time that I didn't have dreams that I recalled or paid attention to.

Did it take you to a location in your mind anyway when this occurred with you?

no it was a place i had never been. still to this day have no clue where i was.

I've never tried to find that place in reality. Were u at work when that happened?

OK well I wouldn't expect to c anyone with SGT USMC as a name give a really clear answer to that last question. I will say that people with dreams like that who are in a situation where they perceive potential threats & seek guidance in many areas-usually with others' best interests at heart sometimes don't always do what other's think they should have done.

An experience like that could have an effect for the time, don't know about changing life forever.

I've woke up at work, at my house, & othr places with strange things going on...... happens to everyone, right?

Not sure what nope is referring to, but I'vr had it happen again at my house but I don't remember all the details like the time at work. I did a check to see if I was shot then too. I hate those dreams. I'm looking for some good dreams.

I have a recurring dream about being stranded somewhere and can't get back home. I am formally trained as a counselor and still can't wade through this one...Wonder if it stems from the fact that my old home place, houses, general store, railroad and all near Vail are completely gone??

I have a recurring dream of flying.Just jump and take off. Go anywhere I want to. Neat!
