Hey "All concerned citizens" -Just another tip - the City Department of Public works , Just had a $700.00 slide security pass put in a regular coffee cabinet.YES I Said $ 700.00 to lock up coffee ,who the heck approved this wreckless spending again of OUR money?. This was approved by Public works AND a supervisor at Facilities Maintenance..Hmmmm and their screaming about money and budget????? I would like for the council to investigate the names of who this may be,we can cut THEM out of our budget!!!

Apparently someone turned this into the city auditors office.
And these same people are involved in the irresponsible decision with the UEP.I'd like the people to bring these lack of trust issues to the attention of council.So Pass the word,I'd Like a reasonable answer to this.

And why? Please forward to the ALL CAPE TAX PAYORS CALL YOUR CONCILMAN & WOMAN .

Well I went to a Fred prior meeting in Fort Myers , Funded through our City of Cape Coral , I had to ride with TWO co-workers ,we only had 30 for lunch and these two LOOSERS said they wanted to go across the street to CHILIS; Hmmmmmm My Quisadia was great but the 2 irresponsible men had a plentiful liquid Lunch (SEVERAL) made me late , drove me drunk ,told me if I told my manager they would kick my ass. I never would go Anywhere again with either and lost full respest!!!
By the way one of them just go open container in public fine and 2 weeks later Drunk driving arrest LOL he even pissed his Pants he was so drunk , In front of the officers and He still has a high paying supervisor job in our wreckless city of cape coral What the hell is that....

Even with a discount, the Church of Christ on Nott Road will pay $800 per month for the next 18 years for sewer and irrigation pipes. That's more than the church collects most weeks, its pastor says.
"There's just never been that much money," said Steve Eddy, the church's pastor. "You know paycheck to paycheck? This congregation's been going contribution to contribution for years."
As he talked, Eddy sat in the church's small office, one of few rooms in the 3,600-square-foot building. Eddy said he often works at home to keep utility bills down at the church building.
"I don't know what we're going to do," said Patricia Parke, one of about 30 people who attend the church during the summer. "We don't have $800 a month. We're just a small little church."
The city mailed out assessment notices recently telling property owners what they would owe for utilities that will soon be extended to about half of the city. For the owner of an average 10,000-square-foot lot, the cost of running water, sewer and irrigation lines totals about $17,000.
But with the assessments calculated on square footage, the Church of Christ, set on an 11-acre wooded lot, is staring at a bill members say will send them under.
And that $800 monthly bill includes an 84 percent discount.
The city offers discounts to large institutional parcels that "serve a legitimate public service." Without the discount, the church would have to pay $5,000 every month.
There is no hierarchical structure for the Church of Christ, no governing body to look to for help. It's a scenario, Eddy said, that gives the group spiritual freedom, but also sole responsibility for the church's finances.
Eddy said he could write to pastors at about 6,000 other Churches of Christ across the country, but doubts he would get enough to pay the assessment.
The church started in the 1980s at a sportsman club, before moving to a storefront. Members built the current building in 1986 on the outskirts of Cape Coral, where land was inexpensive.
"We started humble 23 years ago," Eddy said. We may have to go back to that."
