Does anyone know the address to write to inmates in the east facility? I know it's off of the Old Rd in Castaic, CA but that's about it. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

po box 86164 terminal annex los angeles, ca 90086 i dont write to any old road address. the letters get sent to la, then they're sent to the facility. they are read by officers and whatnot. |

so if u write to the old road, the letter wont get to the inmates?

go to www.lasd.org and in the left column is INMATE INFORMATION; click on this link. You'll need last name, first name (middle name if any) and birth date (month day and year). If you enter all that, you'll get their information page, which will have their booking number.

My 18yr son has been sent to wayside east max. I know its short notice but this is his first time and i would like to see him on sat 01/31/09 but i need to find others to share gas expenses. my man went to pdc east the last time i talked to him was on the 7th (saturday) I HAVENT heard from him since does any one know whats going on

Does anyone know of the current conditions at the
Pitchess Detention Center? Is there a lock down at this time? I have someone there in the South Building and I haven't heard from this person since his transfer from Twin Towers on April 21st, 2009. I have placed money in his account sent a letter with no reply? Can anyone let me know any kind of information. I don't want to drive out there and have to be turned away if there is a issue with the Prison. |

I have had phone calls from Pitchess South this week so I don't believe there is a lock down.

Haven't gotten any calls for two days (Wednesday or Thursday from South facility. Prior had one or two calls a day. Has anyone received calls from there this past Wednesday 5/13 or Thursday 5/14?

I haven't heard from Pitchess South facility all week either. Tomorrow I'm going. I'll post if there is indeed a lock down. I feel for those who travel so far to visit their loved ones.

hey! my brother is in the pdc east facility & we wanted to go visit him tmorro but we dont know how many people can visit him at a time. do any o you know?

3 adults can visit for 30 minutes total. Children can accompany the adults. You must have a valid ID. You need to know the booking number and take a pen or pencil to complete the visitation form. No cell phones, cameras, cigarettes, lighters are allowed to be carried in. It's best not to take a purse. The line is longer for searching bags.

I spoke to my husband who is an inmate in the south facility at Pitchess Detention Center. He said they have been quarantined due to someone being ill there. The facility is wiping everything down and the inmates are not allowed to use the phone regular yet. He called me yesterday morning and again this morning...but didnt' get through this morning...I am sad. But I know he is fine. I called PDC this morning and they confirmed the South Facility is still quarantined and there are no visits again today.

Does anyone have any info on Pitchess Detention Center East Facility? my bf got transferred there in April and I haven't heard from him since the day he got there. Are they on lockdown?

Ther is no lock down at this time at Pitchess South,So phone calls are due to come. They are limited on the call times though so keep it mind.
I recieved two calls yesterday after the 4.7 quake. The inmates were allowed to call home for a few minutes and then at 9pm all calls were stopped. There was a quarantien for aproximately two days due to a inmate being ill. The south detention center is on normal shcedule's no lock downs and no restricted calls. |

My husband is in Pitchess Detention Center - East Facility. He hasn't called for 3 days and I am very worried about him do you guys know why? if there is a problem or not.
