When you move in next to a dance hall, what do you expect?
I was hoping this would be about my damm neighbors who START partying at 4:am. During the week! I guess they have to relocate when the bars shut down. We asked them to keep it down, since we all work in the day. Our window is about 20 ft from their porch. Their response was "Fu*k you, we pay our rent, we can do what we want." And I quote.
First of all, they didn't move in next to a dance hall, the dance hall moved in next to them. Second part. That's why you suggest legal action to the landlord in your case. It's no use arguing with the mental midgets doing it because they don't understand. Just take action. They think people complain because it's personal. They're too stupid to understand it's because they're assaulting lives with their crap. Either that or liars who do know but don't care.
live in the area too

YES....as you can read thats what I said....Sorry I didnt POST MY DETAILED SCHEDUAL for you to make assumptions...but it was that i nearly ran over a kid on my way home from ...(my bussiness)and I stopped and called the police...YES ...I called the police(sheriff)...An unsupervised 2/3 yr old SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING AROUND IN THE STREET...I dont care what you say...The parents were in the church not paying attn to their kid, who was out in the street. Grow up and quit putting more into the comment than it reads !!!! Dont you have a JOB ???(welfare is not a job) Some jobs require you to leave your house and drive places...which takes some of us right by the church. So....Ms V..are you saying no one should drive ?????? And that it is ok for kids to play in traffic ? Thats what your comment sounds like to me.

Oh, ok, I didn't realize that the dance hall came later. I do know that when we moved to our neighborhood, when we were looking at lots, we did check to see which ones were zoned for commercial activity. We decided to not build right next to that lot. Which turned into a convenience store.

Our neighbors are friends with the owner. They are all a pack of low-lifes. There have been 3 tenants since the new owner came, each worse than the last. These guys are hardcore, older gang members, jailhouse tats, first time any of them ever lived in a house instead of an apartment. There are Clipboard People visiting every so often, POs of some kind. It seems logical to go to them, but I don't want to start a war of retaliation. I have a teenager, a grandchild and pets, plus vehicles that are all possible targets. So, when it's loud, I just call the non-emergency number for the cops. They don't always respond if it's a weekend, but they do come if it's in the week. Also, I figure that even if they don't come, eventually someone will notice there are calls for that house all the time. My other neighbors also call. There are junk vehicles in their yard, and trash all over the place. The owner lives out of town, and is no help, being friends with them.

Ok, sure, but you could still sue the landlord and bypass them all together. But that's work. A lot of lowlives are just that, if it was me, they want to retaliate? Fine, try it. I live alone, I carry weapons, and have even more hidden at home. I'd also install IP cameras all around.

This man has nothing better to do than to harass people in his area. There were many incidents were he would threaten people who would attend a church close to his home. He finally ran them off.

I agree the El Paso Times gave this person to much attention on the party hall issue, how about the young lady who claims that this pervert exposed himself to the church goers? Out of curiosity I attended a Sunday service and sure enough both partys living across the street from the church had their boom boxes full blast. This is a sorry individual who does not have any friends, not in less he is throwing a party to intice people to go over and enjoy a free meal and all the beer and alcohol and drugs they can consume. I would highly advice the pastor at the church to seriously consider filing charges against this man for indecency and harassment. P.S. Project 5 mind your own business.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Aquarius

Money is a source of friction between you and friends now, so treat it with caution and respect. There could be a disagreement between you and a chum about a possession or a debt that one of you owes the other. If you're trying to organize a forthcoming social event, you could come unstuck when working out how much it's all going to cost because it might be far too expensive.
